Frost Circles by Andrew-and-Seven Frost Circles by Andrew-and-Seven
7th Feb 2007 8.30am. This morning in fact.

Been away to Norfolk on business and a frozen car awaited me this morning. I popped the boot and stood still looking at this image. Whipped out the camera, much to the confusion of the other suits in the carpark defrosting their Jags with platinum credit cards, and shot this one pic.

I liked it then, and like it now. Hope you do :)

53mm on 17-70mm lens Sigma. 1/160sec f5.6 ISO100

Wow - awesome! I love how you kept the lined texture above the boot (guessing its the back window) in the framing to add interest! Really did baffle me from the thumbnail!

I think I like ~Maieth's idea for this. As much as I love Audi I think turning it into something more abstract could make it rather appealing...

Ok I'm gonna play with it today. Gonna open up a can of whoop-ass on it.

Wow, this looks fantastic! It's abstract, texture is amazing, the fact that it's low on colors,... love all that about this one.

I really like how you were able to capture the strong frost shards, and just something about the picture feels so great.

Thanks :) It was a real heavy frost and I just liked the slightly abstract nature of it. The stripes are the back windscreen slowly defrosting.

Should be thinking more about work, relationships, money, driving (esp when actually driving) but at the moment 'the shot' does take priority :O

hehe. great little abstract.
I think i'd flip it 90degrees to make it less obvious as the audi mark, but its still cool, whatever.

I want snow dammit. they're forecast 15cm tomorrow at home, and we're forecast sleet up here. -_- not impressed

Aye there's a good coating due here, and I've a day off so it'll be playtime at last.

Never thought of flipping it! Might play now.....
